2019 Professional Pastured Poultry Conference Sponsorships
APPPA is no longer accepting conference sponsorships for 2019. If you would like to be notified of opportunties for the 2020 conference, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our 3rd annual pastured poultry conference will expose your business, products, and message to farmers with experience ranging from 0 to 50 years. In 2019, we're expanding to a three day format.
Day 1 features a one day Intensive Pastured Poultry Training Course for upstart pastured poultry producers. The training will incorporate planning, marketing, production, housing, nutrition, and management topics.
Days 2 and 3 feature our flagship Professional Pastured Poultry Conference where experienced and scaled up producers gather in a single room to learn, collaborate, and network with one-another.
The sponsor packages are designed to not only get your message in front of the attendees, they're designed to make it easy for you to participate in the conference. We believe strongly that the success of our farmers, our businesses, and our community are built upon strong relationships.
As a supporting member of this community, we want you to be right there learning, collaborating, and networking with your customers.
Benefits of Sponsorship
As a sponsor for the conference, you’ll reach an audience of pastured poultry producers across all stages of production experience and scale.
The following table compares the sponsor packages available for the 2019 conference. These packages focus on the Professional Pastured Poultry track on January 21-22, 2019; however, all sponsors will receive a business listing in the training guide that is handed out to attendees of the pre-conference intensive training course on January 20, 2019.
Exhibitor tables (Platinum Sponsors) will not be part of a "trade show floor." In the APPPA conference, our exhibiting sponsors are a part of the main meeting. As a Platinum sponsor, you'll be able to set up a table on the perimeter of the meeting room and be a part of the normal flow of the event. We're limiting the number of exhibitor tables to 6.
Conference registrations refers to attendance in the Professional Pastured Poultry track on January 21-22. If you would like to sit in on the pre-conference Intensive Pastured Poultry Training Course, please contact Mike Badger at email@example.com.
The conference Journal will be a combination program guide and attendee notebook.Finished size will be a 6"x9" journal that will have value beyond the conference ensuring your business continues to get exposure after the event finishes.
Attendees to the Intensive Training Course on Sunday, January 20, will receive a printed course guide which will contain the presentation and handouts from the course. All sponsors will have a listing in that guide.
With regard to publicity, email mentions refers to the public marketing list APPPA maintains (over 1600 subscribers) and uses for announcements and information. The Facebook mentions (over 1900 followers) will recognize your business as a sponsor and tag your Facebook profile and/or website.
We have traditional underwriting opportunities for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, we're also flexible and would love to entertain some creative options that enhance the attendee experience while getting your message out.
