Ginger Shields is the executive director for the American Pastured Poultry Producers Association (APPPA). Ginger, her husband Dave, and their family raise pastured poultry on their farm in North Central Florida. Pastured Life Farm focuses on creating nutrient dense, wholesome foods in accordance with nature.

Mike Badger is the editor of The Grit, a monthly publication of the American Pastured Poultry Producers Association (APPPA). He breeds Cotton Patch Geese and raises turkeys, layers, and meat birds on pasture at Badger’s Millside Farm.
