Pastured Broilers and Processing Workshop

This is not an APPPA event, but it is sponsored by NCAT.

The workshop is farmers interested in raising broiler flocks free-ranged or on pasture. During this day-long workshop. The workshop will also feature a hands-on processing workshop to teach participants how to slaughter and dress meat hens.
