Herm Weber is hosting his annual pastured poultry seminar in Attica, New York. Eli Reiff (Reiff's Poultry Dressing and Poultry Man) of Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania will present an introductory workshop on pastured poultry. Mike Badger, APPPA, will also attend and answer questions via a round table discussion. Includes farm tour, processing facility tour, and lunch.
