APPPA Regional Event at Nelson Grass Farm in Ogilvie, MN
Ryan and Desiree Nelson of Nelson Grass Farm have been serving the Twin Cities area with high-quality pastured proteins from their diverse farm for more than twelve years, raising broilers, layers, turkeys, and pigs. In addition to farming, they're working with new regional delivery services to distribute product beyond traditional shipping methods. Helping them get back to farming, and handling the majority of their delivery and distribution.
If your farm is near a large metropolitan area (or a few!), and you're looking for creative solutions for order fulfillment, this is an event you won't want to miss!
Educational Opportunities:
In addition to the pasture walks, we'll cover topics on sales, marketing, and new regional distribution models outside of traditional shipping options.
Regional events are fantastic opportunities for networking and collaboration with other farmers. This is the first ever event in the MN/WI area and the APPPA Team is looking forward to meeting all our APPPA members in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.

Located in Ogilvie, MN, the farm is located 80 minutes north of Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP) - Gettysburg does have a small regional airport as well.

Non-Member Tickets: $150 Each
Member Tickets: $100 Each (Members must be logged in to purchase)
Children 12 and under are free to attend the event, and $15 for lunch.
