"Outdoor access" and "free range" do not describe pasture raised turkey; "Outdoor access" and "free range" are words used by the conventional poultry industry to make you think you're buying something different while they serve you more of the same. It's classic bait and switch. Pasture raised turkeys are different because the birds continually move through green grass and sunshine. It's more than "access." Pastured turkeys are raised on a living environment for most of their life.
